Drop Dates and Refund Eligibility
AICU offers a structured timeline for course withdrawals that ensures students are aware of the deadlines for dropping classes and receiving a refund. The key drop dates are as follows:

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. If tuition was paid by financial aid or other funding sources, refunds may be applied to those accounts. The university aims to process all refunds within 4-6 weeks after the drop date.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In certain cases, students who are withdrawing due to medical emergencies, personal hardships, or other exceptional circumstances may request an appeal for a different refund arrangement. AICU evaluates these requests on a case-by-case basis and provides support as needed. Students are encouraged to reach out to the Registrar’s Office or the Financial Aid Office for guidance on the appeals process.
